We chose to get a quote from Bailey Garage Doors because they are a local, small family owed business and they did not disappoint! In fact, they were so prompt, attentive and reasonably priced, we hired them on the spot. The service just got better from there, they scheduled our install around our schedule and were here when they said they would be. Fantastic people, product and service!

On Friday afternoon, I noticed that a hinge on my garage door was broken. I contacted a repair company based our of Billings and was told that they should be able to make it to Absarokee on Monday or Tuesday. I called this morning to see if they could narrow down the time frame so I could plan my day. The guy on the other end of the line was a complete ass to me! (The woman I spoke to on Friday was very pleasant and helpful). I told him that he could cancel my request and I would find someone else to do the job. So, I did a Google search and found Baileys Garage door in Billings. I called and spoke to Brian about the issue and let him know I lived 60 miles away. He suggested I first send him a picture of the issue to see if it was something we could fix on our own. I did. He let me know that we could easily fix it on our own with the purchase of a new $6 hinge. A far cry from the $250 repair we were originally looking at. Honesty goes far. Good customer service is key for any business.
